What will we have when we are done?
Your team will have one operating home that shows what is true, what constraint matters, which decision is due, who owns the action, what still requires founder judgment and what the result changes next.
Are you giving us advice or building something?
The conversations supply reality and judgment. They are not the finished work. The deliverable is an installed and tested business operating system your people can continue using after handoff.
Will you stay and run it afterward?
No. We build it together, run it with the real business and hand it to the people who will carry it. If something I built is defective, you have 30 days after handoff to bring it back for correction.
Do we need to clean everything up first?
No. The condition of the data and processes is part of the operating reality. We classify what can be trusted, what needs a temporary assumption and what remains blocked with a named owner and consequence.
Can we start with one part of the business?
It can feel simpler to begin there. The trouble is that a decision in ads, inventory, cash or operations rarely stays in one department. We build the whole path so improving one part does not quietly damage another.
What can you promise?
I can promise the build, the work required to verify it, a live run and clear acceptance tests. I cannot honestly promise a particular revenue, profit or growth result.
