Your business works. It just can't grow past you.
Welcome to the Ecommerce Founder Success Trap.
Doing more built the business.
Doing more cannot be what grows it next.
You built the business by doing whatever it needed.
Now it needs more than you can keep doing yourself.
We build the systems the business needs to keep growing without waiting for you.
Offer and product-page review. Private Loom. No payment. No commitment to buy.
At first, being needed felt like proof
Then the business grew, and being needed became the limit.
One more number before bed.
One more thing only you remembered to check.
One more task that was faster to do than explain.
One more problem that waited until you noticed it.
One more day away spent wondering what you missed.
Nothing has to be broken.
The business can work and still need you to make everything work.
The business has the information
You are still the process.
Shopify knows what sold.
Meta knows what was advertised.
Your 3PL knows what can ship.
Your spreadsheet knows what you planned.
But none of them know what you remember before deciding what to do next.
Every report ends in the same place: You.
Someone else can do the task
You still have to make the task possible.
You have to notice what needs doing.
You have to explain how you want it done.
You have to check it, correct it and remember when it needs to happen again.
A VA, partner or contractor can help with what you hand them. The business still depends on you to know what to hand them next.
You cannot hand over a process that only exists while you are doing it.
What changed for me
I stopped trying to become better at carrying everything.
I stopped asking how I could get more done.
I started asking why the business could not keep moving without me.
What had to change
The work had to leave my head before it could leave my hands.
Before the business could stop waiting for me, it needed a way to show:
What needed attention.
What normally happened next.
What changed the normal answer.
What could keep moving without me.
What genuinely needed to come back to me.
Full Business OS Build
We turn the way you make the business work into the way the business works.
You bring the business you already know. I bring the method for finding its core functions, isolating the processes inside them and building the systems around those processes.
One complete build. Not a report. Not a folder of disconnected instructions. Not another person telling you to delegate more.
What gets built
The business stops living as one long list in your head.
-
01
The core functions
Products, orders, advertising, inventory, cash and customers: the essential parts that keep this business working.
-
02
The proven processes
What starts each recurring piece of work, what gets checked, what happens next and what changes the normal response.
-
03
The numbers that guide the next move
The few numbers that show what the business can do now, what needs attention and what should wait.
-
04
The operating rhythm
A clear place for what happens each day, each week and each month.
-
05
The founder boundary
What can continue without you, what needs you only when something changes and what should always remain your decision.
-
06
The Business OS
One connected place where the business can see how it works, what is happening now and what happens next.
How it is built
I start with what is already working.
- 01
Start with the real business
We begin with your products, orders, advertising, inventory, customers, tools and the work that already keeps the business moving.
- 02
Follow what keeps returning
We trace what makes you look, what you check, what you remember and what you do next.
- 03
Build the process into the business
We make clear when it begins, what happens next, what changes the answer and when it truly needs you.
- 04
Make it the way the business runs
We put each process where the work already happens and give it a clear daily, weekly or monthly rhythm.
At handoff
The business knows how to keep moving when you are not there.
The work that keeps returning has a clear way to run.
Daily, weekly and monthly checks no longer wait for you to remember them.
The numbers show what needs attention and what happens next.
What can continue without you and what genuinely needs you are both clear.
You do not need another dashboard.
You already have numbers. You already have reports. You already have tools showing you what happened.
The problem is that they still need you to remember what matters and decide what happens next.
Not another app. Not another report. One connected operating system built from the business you already have.
Why I see it
I learned to look for what everything else depends on.
I spent twenty years as a Navy EOD technician. The work required me to enter incomplete situations, establish what was true and find the one thing that could change everything around it.
Then I built ecommerce businesses of my own and worked with hundreds of founders building theirs.
The setting changed. The responsibility did not.
For a long time, my own business still depended on me to remember how everything worked. That is why I recognize this stage.
Before you decide anything
Let me look at what your customer sees.
I will review the offer you are making and the product page asking the customer to buy it.
What the offer communicates clearly.
What the customer has to work out for themselves.
Where the product page adds friction or weakens the promise.
What I would improve first.
How the OS reached the next step from the public evidence.
The Full Business OS Build price, timeline and founder-input next step.
This review does not pretend to diagnose the business from the outside. It shows you what can be known from the customer-facing experience before I ask you for anything deeper.
Get my free storefront auditThis is where I can usually help
You have something working, and too much of it still depends on you.
- You sell physical products online.
- You built the business by figuring things out as they happened.
- You are still the person who remembers how everything works.
- You are usually between $250K and $3M in annual revenue.
- Doing more is no longer a plan for growing.
A smaller next step may help more
The complete build is not always the right answer.
- The business is still looking for its first reliable demand.
- You only need advertisements, content, a dashboard or one automation.
- You cannot share the information required to understand the business.
- Someone else would need to approve operating changes.
- The business already runs without depending on your memory.
What happens after you apply
Applying is not buying.
- 01
You show me the offer
The short form gives me the product page and enough information to know what I am reviewing.
- 02
I send the storefront audit
The private Loom runs the OS once on the public layer: what is true, what depends on it and what happens next. It also gives you the build price and timeline.
- 03
You complete the Growth Assessment
This separate twenty-minute founder input begins onboarding and gives the system information the storefront cannot see.
- 04
You see the internal constraint and proposed build
The system shows what is currently limiting growth, what depends on it and what should happen next.
- 05
You decide whether to finish what is already running
If you proceed, the deep numbers audit completes onboarding before contract, payment and the full build.
Before you apply
Know what the first yes means.
Is the front-end audit really free?
Yes. There is no payment and no commitment to buy. I only complete a review when the offer and product page give me enough to provide something useful.
What will I receive?
A private Loom reviewing the offer and product page as a customer experiences them. It runs the OS on the public evidence, shows what I would improve first, gives you the build price and timeline, and points to the founder inputs required to look inside.
Can the front-end audit diagnose my business?
No. It cannot know your KPIs, economics or internal processes from the outside. That requires the separate Growth Assessment and, if we build together, complete onboarding.
What is the Growth Assessment?
It is a free, separate founder input that takes approximately twenty minutes. It is the first inside pass of the same OS and the first round of onboarding. Not knowing an answer is useful information.
Is the Full Business OS Build consulting?
No. Conversation supplies the reality currently held by the founder. Conversation is not the deliverable. I construct the processes, tools and routines the business keeps using.
When will I receive the price?
In the storefront-audit Loom, before the Growth Assessment and before making any commitment.
Will the business run without me?
The build does not remove every founder decision. It stops recurring work from requiring you to remember and reconstruct the process each time.

Let me experience it as a customer would. This is not the Growth Assessment. You do not need to explain the entire business.
